一、產品性能特點
   該乳化劑采用先進工藝、科學配方合成,具有優良的乳化性能。生產乳化瀝青時進行調堿,能乳化各種道路石油瀝青。在公路工程中使用堿性石料時,用于瀝青路面的稀漿封層、透層油及基層封層。該瀝青乳化劑生產的乳化瀝青各項性能指標符合JTG F40-2004的BA-1標準。

三、使用說明
1.各種材料占乳化瀝青的比例
  瀝青                   不小于55-60%(根據用途不同)
  乳化劑(實物)    1.6-2.2%

  XT-WD2陰離子穩定劑  0.05-0.1%(用冷水1∶300溶解后使用) 
  水                      至100%
  PH值                  用堿調PH值到10-11

注:該乳化劑可用于快干性防水、防腐涂料,以及其他工業產品。

四、包裝、貯存以及使用注意事項 

  XT-A4陰離子慢裂快凝瀝青乳化劑采用50kg或200kg塑料桶包裝。

  本品放在陰涼通風處,貯存期三年以上。

  注意防止進入眼睛,和皮膚接觸。如發生請及時用流動清水沖洗。
