一、產品性能特點
     該乳化劑具有用量少,乳化能力強,綜合性價比高的特點。使用時經過調酸后,能很好的乳化各種道路石油瀝青。在公路工程中用于瀝青路面的表面處治、貫入式路面、碎石封層、粘層及下封層。該瀝青乳化劑生產的乳化瀝青各項性能指標符合JTG F40-2004的 PC-1、PC-3標準。

三、使用說明
1.各種材料占乳化瀝青的比例  

   道路石油瀝青    不小于50%
   乳化劑(實物) 0.3%~0.5%
   水                   至100%
   PH值               用鹽酸調至1.5-2.5
2.乳化工藝:
   瀝青加熱至140-145℃,乳化劑水溶液加熱至50-55℃,用鹽酸調乳液PH值到1.5-2.5(經過攪拌混合后再測PH值,此時比較準確)之間,即可生產乳化瀝青。

四、包裝
  XT-R1型陽離子快裂瀝青乳化劑采用180kg鐵桶包裝。
五、貯存
    本品放在陰涼通風處,貯存期三年以上。注意防止進入眼睛,和接觸皮膚。如發生請及時用流動清水沖洗。    
六、備注
    本產品在常溫下為液態,在氣溫低于15℃的情況下,本產品的部分為半固態,但不影響產品性能,使用前對乳化劑稍加熱即變液態,攪拌均勻后即可使用。

I、Product property features
The emulsifier has features of less consumption but strong emulsification and the high comprehensive cost effective. In the use, the adjustment shall be done to correct acidity to emulsify different kinds of petroleum asphalt for road construction. The emulsified asphalt produced by using emulsifier is used in surface treatment, penetration road surface, macadam seal, tack coat and subbase seal for road construction. The produced emulsion asphalt’s property indicators meet PC-1, PC-3 standards of JTG F40-2004

III、Operation Instruction
   1.Material content ratio in emulsified asphalt

   PH Value Adjusted by hydrochloric acid to1.5-2.5
   2. Emulsification process:
   Asphalt is heated to 140-145℃,and the emulsifier water solution is heated to 50-55℃. And the emulsion is adjusted by hydrochloric acid to PH 1.5-2.5 (the PH value shall be tested after mixing to ensure accurate result), thus the emulsified asphalt is produced.
IV、Packaging,storage and other precautions.

Model XT-R1cationic fast breaking asphalt emulsifier is packaged in 180kg plastic barrel
This product should be stored in cool and ventilated warehouse for 3 years custody.
Take caution not to get it in touch with eyes or skin wash by flowing water in case of unexpected touch.

V, storage
   This product is placed in a cool and ventilated place, long-term storage.

VI、Note

This product is a liquid at room temperature, when the temperature is below 15 ℃ condition, this part of the product is semi-solid, but does not affect the performance of the product, before use of emulsifier is changed slightly heatedliquid, stir can use.
